Will this Plantronics MS200 headset with Airbus plug work in a Boeing? 757/767?

No, generally Boeing aircraft are equipped with the daul GA style plugs. The Airbus uses a single plug with a 5 pin connector. We recommend confirming in the aircraft you will fly which style plugs it uses. If it does use twin plugs, you would need to order part # 11-07311, PLANTRONICS MS200 HEADSET - DUAL PLUGS.

Will the ear piece on the MS200 Plantronics headset rotate to be used in either the left or right ear?

Yes, the ear piece is able to rotate to accommodate either ear.
