How does the headset Comfortop P/N 11-03014 install on a headset? Must the headset be disassembled, or simply snapped or slipped over the headband.

This is a slip on cover and will work with any standard 5/8" metal band headset. You will need to remove your current headband pad and measure metal band and if your headband is 5/8" wide this will be a generic slide on replacement.
