Does the mounting hardware come with this cup holder? Or is it just the holder and the ball mechanism? Also, what is the minimum & maximum handle bar size that this holder can be installed on? Thank you.

This package will include just the cup holder with the ball attached as pictured. To hook it up to a handle bar, you will need to order an (11-03458, 11-01255, or 11-09323), and the handlebar u-bolt mount (11-02005) *See Accessories*. The rust proof metal u-bolt (11-02005) accommodates rails in diameter from 0.5 inch to 1 inch in diameter.
