Amphenol RF TNC Threaded Connector Series are miniature, threaded weatherproof units with a constant 50Ω impedance that operate from 0-11GHz. There are two types of TNC connectors: Standard and Reverse Polarity. Reverse polarity is a keying system accomplished with a reverse interface, and ensures that reverse polarity interface connectors do not mate with standard interface connectors.Many TNC connectors are recognized under the component program of Underwriter's Laboratories and have undergone stringent testing from an independent laboratory.

Is this the best connector to use with the Garmin GA35 Antenna? If not, which connector?

Yes, the GA35 uses a TNC style connector. An alternative would be part number 11-04447.

Will this connector work with the Trig TA70 antenna?

Yes. The TA70 GPS antenna will require a TNC male connection.

Is this the proper connector for the Garmin GTN650 GPS connection and for the Garmin GPS?

Yes, a standard TNC male is required for interconnecting the WAAS GPS antenna to the Garmin GTN 650.

Is there a female version of this connector, need to splice together my transducer cable that got cut in two.

Take a look at Part# 11-17224. It is a female TNC straight crimp jack. If you need to splice some wires together consider looking at our Butt splices.
